Today I want to talk about something I learned from sport! Visualization…
If you want something to occur, you need to see it and map it out in your head. You are mentally seeing the desired outcome before it happens. This is not blind faith, it is a map to thinking, feeling and doing certain things towards the outcome you want.
With that said Visualization is not just good in sport! It works equally as well when applied to the outlook of your own life!
In order to do something extraordinary, it always helps to allow others to provide support in your journey. ( multiple energies put towards a common goal can perform unexpected results)
Now apply the concept of Visualization and multiple people working towards your desired outcome, and that could be a winning solution!
Please read on…A ❤️ letter like no other:-)
LETTER TO ISABELS DOCTOR AFTER HER CANCER RETURNED A SECOND TIME!
Dear Dr…
We need your skills as an oncologist, but we also need your faith as a human being that exceptional people can do exceptional things, and that Isabel is one such exceptional person.
It's important for you to know that neither of us believes that cancer can be stopped by using medical techniques alone. It also involves keeping joy in your daily life, exuberance in your outlook, determination in your soul and unbridled faith in your heart.
These things are not possible if you adopt an attitude that she is "incurable." We need you to treat Isabel medically, but we also need you to root for her and believe in her.
The doctor who truly believes in the uniqueness and specialness of each patient can have an effect that transcends the mechanical.❤️
I hope you enjoy this letter and realize the importance of visualizing your best outcome and advocating for your healthcare team to bring their “A” game.
Short and Sweet with a STRONG message.
Here is a nature pic from this morning on the Ocean.
Have an amazing day,
